I'm writing you from the Hudson Valley in New York, where I've arrived to help my dear friend Becca prepare for and (hopefully, if he cooperates timing-wise) move through the birth of her second baby.

It was a rich conversation and, at the end, we touch on something I want to share today as I send you this final invite (for now) to The Lovers Collective.
The times we're in are intense. There is much fear, and much pulling our attention, and all of this can make it hard to devote our energy and resources to something like developing relational intelligence.
At the end of the episode, I say this:
"When we start to do this work, we realize that most of the world is people in adult bodies who are actually operating from their child consciousness a lot of the time. It is quite rare to meet someone who is firmly rooted in their adult self and, when you do, you will feel 'there is something special about that one; I feel safe in their presence.' It is rare, and I am trying to change that."
I created The Lovers Collective as my act of revolutionary devotion to these times. I want to participate in building a world populated by more adults acting from Love and possibility than unruly wounded inner children operating from fear.
I also believe with my whole heart that true, open-hearted, masterful relational capacity is the thing we need more than any other right now. It is the very fabric of collective resilience, and we have not been handed the skills.
But they are SKILLS, which means they can be TAUGHT. And for most folks, this work lands as true in the body. It makes so much sense that learning feels more like remembering.
I'm deeply honored to hold a space of learning / remembering together. A space that will absolutely fast-track the personal transformation of everyone inside, and therefore contribute to that of our world.
