Greetings, humans connected to my heart.
We may have met once. Or perhaps we’ve spent countless hours, cuddled against couch cushions, talking about life and love and the universe.
Orrrrrr: maybe your chair was next to mine in a workshop, or you’ve been my student, or we vibed on a dance floor, or we shared a tent in the rain, or you heard me on a podcast, or I cooked you fish stew in a candlelit kitchen, or you literally watched me take my first breath (hi, Mom!).
I don’t care so much HOW we’re connected, the fact of the matter is we ARE. My words are finding your eyes, which means we matter to one another.
I have a working theory about how to change the world: can we just admit we matter to one another, AND find a way to tell the truth?
For the next two weeks, in preparation for the launch of my new 3-month signature program The Lovers Collective, I’m going to be excavating some buried truths I see again and again: in my life, in the lives of those I coach, in the lives of those I love.
Because, as a relationship coach (and as a human) there is one thing I’m devoted to above all else: the TRUTH.
The gnarliness in our world comes from covert behaviors, hidden motives, manipulation, unspoken power dynamics, repressed fear… you see the trend: DISHONESTY.
It can be overwhelming to look out there at the layers of lies, wondering how we’re going to get somewhere more trustable as a human family. Overwhelm catapults us RIGHT OUT of the present moment, and we typically have two responses: get really big (grandiosity) or get really small (collapse). Both of these responses, unfortunately, make us not-great at showing up honestly to our actual relationships.
Thus, the cycle of disfunction continues.
I’m here in support of breaking cycles that no longer serve and, I may be mystical af, but I am also efficient. In my relational work, nothing is more efficient than actually turning towards the truth.
So, over the coming weeks, I’m going to be offering you some in-roads. New ways to see things. Real-life truth excavations. Questions to sit with in service of finding your OWN deepest knowing, so you can bring it forward in relationship. I hope you find them helpful; actually, I hope you find them provocative.

As an advocate for the pay-offs of truth, I'll say this:
The extent to which I am walking this earth in a good way— the extent to which I am brave and attuned and generous and kind and curious— is the extent to which I have let my closest-in relationships refine me.
It is our closest-in relationships that can reflect to us where we are still wounded, reactive and behaving like children in adult bodies (where we are, in fact, pretending).
The internet cannot show us this. Fans and followers and members of the distant public only see slivers, out of context.
I get why we avoid it. Honestly... it’s grueling work, especially at first.
Day after day, I have the privilege of meeting humans in their most challenging face-offs. As I watch them slog through old wounds, try new things, find validation for one another’s perspectives… my hope in humanity SOARS.
I believe the more humans become truly skillful at relationship, the more swiftly our world will change. Honestly, helping people get there is the thing I’m best at. The most efficient way I know is to unflinchingly (and lovingly) point you toward the truth. If you're game, keep reading along.
Thanks for being here, for real.
Big love,
